The Haitian Ministry of Interior building, where a great number of  politically motivated murders are  planned.  The current de facto Minister of Interior, Joseph Antonio Joseph, was one of the terrorists who kidnapped Clinton Knox, an American Ambassador stationed in Haiti, in the 1960s.
